Celtic still keen on Swazi duo

Cape Town - Bloemfontein Celtic coach Serame Letsoaka has contradicted reports claiming the club were not interested in signing Swaziland pair Felix Badenhorst and Sabelo Ndzinisa.

Media reports last week indicated that the pair had failed to do enough during a trial to convince Letsoaka to sign them, Siwelele CEO Khumbulani Konco having said they were not what the club were looking for in attack.

However, Letsoaka has subsequently told the Times of Swaziland that Badenhorst and Ndzinisa are indeed likely to join Phunya Sele Sele.

"You must never believe everything you read. It's always best to get it from us and I can tell you, those boys will play for Celtic," he said.

"Their team gave us their asking offer, and I believe it is only a matter of time before an agreement is reached, but I want them here."
