Celtic leave it late to steal point at Baroka

Cape Town - Kabelo Dlamini came off the bench to secure a point for Bloemfontein Celtic in their 2-2 draw with Baroka on Saturday.

Abdi Banda bagged a brace as Baroka FC came from behind to take the lead at the Peter Mokaba Stadium following Sepana Letsoalo's opener on the hour mark.

But Dlamini replaced Deon Hotto and scored within two minutes to ensure a share of the spoils.

Lucky Baloyi saw red late to end any chance of a last-gasp comeback.

The result saw Celtic move on to 36 points but remain in ninth place, while Baroka dropped one place to 12th, on 34 points.

While Celtic are clear of the dropzone, Baroka need at least a point in their last game with SuperSport United, who ended the afternoon in 14th with 33 points.
