Cape Town City coach to appear before PSL DC

Cape Town – Cape Town City coach Jan Olde Riekerink will have to appear before the Premier Soccer League Disciplinary Committee (PSL DC).

In a statement released, the league has revealed that the Dutch coach failed to honour his "post-match media commitments" following City’s 1-0 win over Baroka on Sunday, Janury 5.

STATEMENT:

The Premier Soccer League has charged Cape Town City coach Mr Jan Olde Riekerink with contravening the NSL Compliance Manual (Media Manual) and not honouring his post-match media commitments.

Mr Reikerink failed to promptly attend the mandatory post-match television interview after the Absa Premiership fixture between Cape Town City and Baroka FC on 05 January 2020.

He will appear in front of the PSL Disciplinary Committee next week Wednesday, 22 January 2020.
