Keagan Buchanan says he has faced far harder challenges in the past few years than simply being stuck at home.
The Maritzburg United has endured a massively unlucky past three years with three separate ACL injuries.
But this term, he was firing on all cylinders having finally made a successful return.
Now with all sporting activities suspended with the country on a 21-day lockdown, Buchanan explained how he is coping.
Speaking to Soccer Laduma, he said: "To be honest, when you’ve gone through the struggles that I have from an injury perspective, just being able to train and being able to be on the field is the biggest blessing.
"I've obviously just started at Maritzburg, I didn't set big goals there, and to be honest I feel like I've overachieved in my first season back after my last injury.
"I'm just taking it game by game, and I had to fight my way back into the line-up."
