Cape Town - Mamelodi Sundowns coach Pitso Mosimane said striker Jeremy Brockie's future with the club will only be decided at the end of the current season.
Brockie is currently on loan at fellow Absa Premiership outfit Maritzburg United after struggling for regular game time at Masandawana.
Mosimane said no decision has yet been reached about the New Zealand forward's future.
The Sundowns mentor said in quotes published by KickOff: "We have not reached that decision. I think that decision will be made in May.
"It's a May decision. We agreed to leave him at Maritzburg United for this period. We will wait and see what happens in May."
Mosimane also feels Brockie will still prove to be a valuable asset to the Team of Choice.
"I think he will come in handy for them during the latter of stages of the campaign," added Mosimane.
"In as much as Judas Moseamedi is a good player, Brockie can also say 'hey I'm not far from this guy and I want to play'."
Sundowns will welcome Polokwane City at Loftus Versfeld on Saturday (kick-off is at 18:00), while Maritzburg United take on log leaders Kaizer Chiefs on Sunday (15:30).
