Cape Town - Bloemfontein Celtic CEO Khumbulani Konco has confirmed the signing of former Free State Stars striker Moeketsi Mvula.

Siwelele have captured Mvula on a reported three-year deal, and the player will look to help the club to an improvement on their 11th-place finish in the 2015/16 Premiership campaign.

Mvula had fallen off the radar after spending the last three seasons with FC Cape Town in the National First Division (NFD).

"Yes, he has signed with us but unfortunately I can't give you contract details," Konco told KickOff.

Mvula could make his debut when the Premiership resumes, against his former employers Stars at Goble Park on 14 September.
