Billiat: Midfield to win TKO

Cape Town - Mamelodi Sundowns dribbling wizard Khama Billiat believes a solid performance from the midfielders will secure the Telkom Knockout title against Kaizer Chiefs on Wednesday.

The Zimbabwean winger has been among the more influential players in the star-studded Sundowns outfit.

Having played a crucial hand in Sundowns' Nedbank Cup success last season, Billiat knows what it will take to bag the TKO title.

"The game will be won and lost in the midfield. The midfield battle will be so crucial and that will make the game even more intense and interesting," Billiat told Soccer Laduma.

"Both teams have great midfield players and that will make it a high intense game for both teams. We want to win it and we will play to win on the day."
