Amakhosi's Maluleka gearing up for SuperSport challenge

Cape Town - Kaizer Chiefs midfielder George Maluleka believes Saturday's clash with high-flying Supersport United will be a very intense game.

Chiefs are the only team with a one hundred percent winning record in the Absa Premiership this season and come up against a Supersport side that beat both Orlando Pirates and Wits 3-0 in their last two matches.

And Maluleka is looking forward to what should be a titanic battle at FNB Stadium on Saturday evening.

"SuperSport have done very well in their last two games scoring six goals without conceding," said the 30-year-old.

"They are looking good and must be high on confidence.

"We have started very well. We are still coming up and it will be a very intense game with two teams in good form. It is going to be a big game and I am looking forward to it.

"It is very important that we get the three points because we playing at home we need to make sure we have a very high win percentage at home if we want to challenge for the title.

"To keep the momentum going we need another win although it is still early on in the season, we need to make sure that we start on a good note."

Kick-off is at 18:00.
