Cape Town - Kaizer Chiefs are reportedly yet to reach a decision as to whether bring Farouk Khan on board to assist in their youth development setup.
Khan spent several seasons as Chiefs' assistant coach in the past, and Glamour Boys management are thought to be keen to bring him in to nurture future talent at the club.
The respected and successful youth development coach, who is responsible for helping develop the likes of Tokelo Rantie and May Mahlangu at his Stars of Africa Academy, has confirmed that Amakhosi are yet to make a decision on whether to bring him in or not.
"Yes, I have had talks with them, but I'm still awaiting confirmation on their final decision. So far there has been no feedback," Khan told Soccer Laduma.
Historically, Chiefs' youth development has achieved success with the likes of Doctor Khumalo, Brian Baloyi, Wellington Manyathi, Thabo Mooki and Ryder Mofokeng all having come through the ranks.
