According to KickOff, Zulu was substituted during Chippa United’s Absa Premiership encounter against Free State Stars at the Nelson Mandela Stadium.

It was just 18 minutes into the first-half when Zulu fell awkwardly and injured his knee.

Now, the player has revealed that he faces an anxious wait for the doctor’s results.

“I just came to see the doctor and will know later how bad the injury is,” said Zulu.

“I went for the ball and landed awkwardly on my knee and now it hurts.”

Despite the injury blow to their striker, the Chilli Boys moved up into fourth spot on the PSL table after securing a 1-0 victory.
