Cape Town - Bidvest Wits general manager George Mogotsi said that everyone in the team is ready for the MTN8 quarter-finals and every challenge that comes with the rapidly approaching season.

Mogotsi said the team has been focused during training and have been co-operating with the coach and the team is looking very strong for the upcoming PSL season.

“Everyone here at Wits is ready. The coach is ready and the team as a whole has been focused during training and are ready for the season,” Mogotsi told Sport24.

"We have played in matches like this before and we are going to do it again. Play our best you know.”

The general manager said the team hopes to do their best with every challenge and they are focusing on the main goal and that is winning the cup.

“Every team has a plan you know. We have our own plans too for the season, but what I can say is that our aim is to win the cup.”

“Whichever way we go about it, we will work towards that goal. We are in this together as a team.”

Bidvest Wits take on SuperSport United in their MTN8 quarter-final on Tuesday, August 4 at the Bidvest Stadium.
