Chiefs claimed a record-equalling 20th league win of the season when they defeated Mamelodi Sundowns 1-0 away last week.

The Soweto side has claimed 34 points from 14 home matches this season.

Their remaining league opponents are Chippa United (away).

The Amakhosi are placed first on the Absa Premiership log with 66 points from 28 matches.

Wits saw their winless streak in the league extended to three matches when they were held 2-2 at home by Black Aces on the weekend.

The Johannesburg side has claimed 19 points from 14 away matches this season.

Their remaining league opponents are Platinum Stars (home).

The Clever Boys are placed fourth on the Absa Premiership log with 46 points from 28 matches.

In head-to-head stats, Chiefs and Wits have met in 57 league matches since 1985.

The Amakhosi have claimed 28 wins compared to 10 for the Clever Boys, while 19 matches have been drawn.

Chiefs have won 11 of their 27 home matches against Wits, suffering eight defeats in the process.

When the teams met earlier this season, a brace from Parker inspired the Amakhosi to a 3-0 away win in central Johannesburg.

Kick-off is at 19:30.
