Wits prepared to fight for a win

Cape Town - Bidvest Wits coach Gavin Hunt says that they will do anything it takes to win SuperSport United in their MTN8 Cup clash.

The Students are facing United on Tuesday, August 4 and speaking to Sport24 Hunt said in a cup game teams must play for a win, and they will be going to do just that.

"This is a cup game, it's not how beautiful you play that counts but the result at the end of the day," said Hunt.

"So the result which we want is a win and we will go there knowing that we want a win.

"Of course they won't just sit back and relax so we also have to fight for that win."

Wits and United will battle for a place in the semi-finals at Bidvest Stadium.

Kick-off at 19:30.
