Williams celebrates 10 years

Cape Town - SuperSport United goalkeeper Ronwen Williams has spoken of his delight after making it 10 years with the Pretoria giants on.

Read: 'Williams going nowhere'

The shot-stopper celebrated his 23rd birthday on Wednesday, and 24 hours later was again popping the champagne after racking up a decade with Matsatsantsa.

Williams took to Twitter to announce his delight, saying: "Celebrating 10 years @SuperSportFC today. #10wonderfulyears #2ndfamily #Matsatsantsa."

The South Africa international joined SuperSport as a 13-year-old, before going on to make his first-team debut six years later, while he is now considered the first-choice gloveman at the Tshwane giants.

Sport24 wishes the talented goalkeeper a wonderful day, and hopefully another 10 years of top-flight football.

I'd keep Siya captain for now, but look to have someone else for 2027.
