'VV' delayed by work permit

Cape Town - It appears new Orlando Pirates coach Vladimir Vermezovic could once again be absent for the Buccaneers' Absa Premiership match against the University of Pretoria while he waits for his work permit, according to the Kick-Off website.

The Happy People play Tuks at the Mbombela Stadium on Saturday.

Kick-off is at 18:00.

Serbian Vermezovic signed for Pirates a few weeks ago, replacing interim coach Eric Tinkler who had in turn taken over from Roger De Sa who stepped down in January.

Pirates are currently in fifth position in the standings, 13 points behind log-leaders Kaizer Chiefs, albeit having played two fewer matches.
