"We are on our way to Swaziland," team manager Japhet Zwane told Soccer Laduma.
"We will be playing two friendly games against two different teams there. It’s Leopards and Swallows," said Zwane.
The fixtures will not only provide an opportunity for players to regain match fitness this week, but they will also allow players like Roscoe Pietersen, Bonginkosi Ntuli and Mbulelo Mabizela to adjust to their new surroundings, having been recruited by Usuthu during the current transfer window.
AmaZulu are currently well entrenched in the Premiership's relegation zone, having accumulated just nine points in the 16 matches played this season.
The Durban-based club have recorded just one victory in their last five matches and need to hit the ground running next month.
