Two more years for Mabena at Dikwena

Cape Town - Platinum Stars have reportedly given their striker Ndumiso Mabena another two-year contract after his current contract expired at end of June.

A Sport24 source at the club said that the former Orlando Pirates striker has impressed since joining the team, and was rewarded with an extended contract.

Mabena, who is currently with Bafana Bafana in Mauritius. will remain at Dikwena until June 2017.

"He has agreed to a new two year contract," the source said. 

“He did very well last season after starting the season like a house on fire as he helped the team reach the Telkom Knockout final where they lost to SuperSport United. 

“He is a good player and the team wants to keep him for a longer time.”
