Cape Town - Veteran Moroka Swallows midfielder, Lefa Tsutsulupa, says he is waiting to meet with the club’s CEO, Leon Prins, before making a decision on his future following the club’s relegation to the National First Division.

The 35-year-old midfielder reveals that he cannot at this stage say what his next move will be as the Swallow’s CEO has promised to meet the individual about his future with the club.

“We are all waiting for the CEO to know our future with the club following relegation from top flight football,” Tsutsulupa told Sports24.

“It’s only then that I can take the next step or reveal my plans for the future.”

Sources within the club say Swallows may stick with the Ladybrand-born midfielder, who is in the twilight of his career. The club are reportedly willing to prepare him for a role in management.

“Lefa has been with the team for a very long time and we still want him here to serve the team in some other capacity if he decides to hang the boots,” said the source.
