Tshabangu set for FS Stars lifeline?

Cape Town - Former Bidvest Wits and AmaZulu midfielder Nyiko Tshabangu could be handed a lifeline to resurrect his career at Free State Stars as he continues to train with Kinnah Phiri’s side.

Sport24 have been informed that Ea Lla Koto’s technical team has been impressed by the 26-year-old midfielder, with the player now in line for a one-year deal.

“The midfielder (Tshabangu) is here with us and has been very impressive having scored in the win over Bantu FC during the tour of Lesotho,” the source said.

“A decision about his future will be finalised this week, but everyone has been impressed with his efforts and attitude.”

Ea Lla Koto's 2015/16 season begins with a home fixture against Mpumalanga Black Aces before a clash with Kaizer Chiefs a fortnight later.
