Tembo to assist Igesund

Cape Town - Supersport United have been appointed Kaitano Tembo as their new assistant coach to work with Gordon Igesund.

Tembo replaces Serame Letsoaka, who is the new Golden Arrows coach.

Sport24 have been informed that Tembo has already started work with the first team as he has worked in the club’s youth ranks through the years.

“Tembo was the best candidate among those that have been identified because he has served the club in different capacity over the years including a role as a caretaker coach,” said the source.

“He has already started his work with the first team as they go through their pre-season programme.”
