Tefu waiting on visa

Cape Town - Reigning PSL Footballer of the Season Tefu Mashamaite has seen his move to Swedish club BK Hacken delayed by a visa application.

The 30-year-old defender inked a two-and-half-year deal with the Wasps after rejecting an extension offer from Kaizer Chiefs.

Mashamaite's agent, Jazzman Mahlakgane, confirmed that the South Africa international may leave the country by the end of the week.

"He may get the visa on Friday and then he will leave," Mahlakgane told KickOff.

"The whole process of applying for a visa takes 15 days.

BK Hacken are 19 games into the Allsvenskan season and sit in ninth place on the 16-team table.
