Amakhosi have played their last two home Premiership matches at the venue - the 2-2 draw against Platinum Stars and 1-0 win over Chippa United - and on both occasions were the victims of verbal abuse from their supporters.
Kingston Nkhatha was a particular target following a series of missed chances against the Chilli Boys this past Saturday, leading to coach Stuart Baxter condemning the section of Chiefs boo boys.
The fans' antics have come as a huge shock to the Soweto giants, who are still unbeaten in the league this season and hold a 13-point lead at the top of the standings, and ahead of Tuesday's clash against Free State Stars, which will also be played in Polokwane, Mashamaite has moved to eradicate the unwanted jeering.
"It feels good to be around Polokwane (but) it's not good to play any game at Peter Mokaba Stadium due to our fans. Please stop booing at us," Mashamaite posted on his official Facebook account.
