Sundowns trio want out

Cape Town - Reports suggest all is not well in Mamelodi Sundowns' squad as three players are looking to exit the Chloorkop club.

PSL decision anger Senzo's ex-teammates

The three Brazilians wanting out are keen to join Tiyani Mabunda and Edward Manqele in the long list of players that can call themselves former Sundowns squad members.

According to local football site, KickOff.com, Wayne Sandilands, Rodney Ramagalela and Punch Masenamela are all looking for January exits from Sundowns.

All three are reportedly unhappy about the lack of game time under Pitso Mosimane this season and are seeking a move away from the defending champions in order to secure some regular game time.

Sandilands has lost his place between the goalposts to  Kennedy Mweene while Ramagalela and Masenamela have simply been unable to force their way into the starting eleven.

With Mogakolodi Ngele and Keagan Dolly set to join the squad shortly, the hopes for those on the fringes trying to make a name for themselves at Sundowns are decreasing rapidly.

Sundowns are keeping an eye on all their players, as they know they need a big squad as they have to play in several competitions including the CAF Champions League this season.

Mamelodi Sundowns, who have moved up to fourth on the PSL table, host Free State Stars at the Lucas Moripe Stadium on Saturday at 20:15.

The visitors are currently 11th on the log but just four points behind their hosts.
