Sundowns headed to Zambia

Cape Town - Mamelodi Sundowns are set to leave for Zambia on Monday as they continue their preparations ahead of the 2015/16 season.

The Brazilians only arrived back in Chloorkop on Sunday following a week-long training camp in Mpumalanga, which they capped off with a 4-0 friendly win over a Nkomazi municipality squad.

Sundowns coach Pitso Mosimane will waste no time in kicking off the second part of their pre-season campaign, with the squad of 31 players set to jet off to Ndola this week.

The Tshwane giants are scheduled to face FAZ Super League leaders Zesco United, while also having lined up matches against two other unnamed clubs from the region.

No! I think the smart thing to do is start again with a younger skipper ...

I'd keep Siya captain for now, but look to have someone else for 2027.
