Six SAFA clubs confirmed

Cape Town - Six of the eight clubs from the SAFA structures to participate in the 2014/15 edition of the Nedbank Cup have been confirmed.

The clubs from SAFA structures will join eight clubs from the National First Division (NFD) and 16 from the Premier Division for the Nedbank Cup last 32 draw to be held on Thursday night, 15 January 2015 in Johannesburg.

The clubs are (in no particular order): Tornado FC (Eastern Cape – ABC Motsepe League), The Magic FC (Western Cape – ABC Motsepe League), Natal United (KwaZulu Natal – ABC Motsepe League), Bellevue Winners Park (Limpopo – ABC Motsepe League), Phiva Young Stars (Mpumalanga – ABC Motsepe League) and Mainstay United (Northern Cape – SAB League).

Four clubs from North West, Free State and Gauteng are still going to battle for the two remaining spots. The four clubs are: African All Stars, Edu Sports FC (both from Gauteng), North West Shining Stars (North West) and Roses United (Free State).
