Cape Town - Mpumalanga Black Aces goalkeeper Jackson Mabokgwane says
he is yet to fully come to terms with the death of Orlando Pirates and
Bafana Bafana goalkeeper Senzo Meyiwa.
According to Kickoff.com website, Mabokgwane took to social network Facebook where he thanked Meyiwa for positively influencing his career.
“RIP Senzo Meyiwa you have taught us to persevere, to keep working hard in all circumstances and to never give up,” Mabokgwane posted.
“I’ve known u since u where 15yrs and i never saw u angry, (the ever smiling Senzo). What a loss for the nation. Condolences to his three f's family, friends and fans… his club, all soccer fans and to all soccer fraternity. We will never forget you. Goodbye Nzori.”
AmaZulu goalkeeper Tapuwa Kapini also expressed shock at the sudden and unexpected death of Meyiwa.
“This is hard. Death comes at a time when we least expect it. R.I.P CAPTAIN SENZO,” Kapini posted on his facebook page.
