The pacey winger says Johnson's technical approach is
helping him get back to the level he achieved two seasons ago when he was being
rated one of the best players in the league.
Segolela believes the club is making significant progress
under their new coach and thinks the club will be a significant force in the
Premiership next season.
"When [Johnson] arrived at the club, he told me that he
rates me as a very good player and this boosted my confidence levels,"
Segolela told KickOff.
"I think I am well suited to the coach's technical
approach. I enjoy running hard at opponents and I am happy that the coach gives
us the freedom to express ourselves on the football pitch."
Dikwena are unbeaten since Johnson's return to the club,
with his first three games in charge returning a win and two draws.
"We have been doing quite well since he took over and
the idea is to continue collecting points. There is still room for improvement.”
