According to the Ajax Cape Town website, Ari Efstathiou (CEO) spread words of kindness about everyone who has contributed to their season.

Head coach, Roger De Sa shared some of his infamous stories with everyone and bid a fitting farewell to goalkeeper coach, Sander Westerveld.

It was also De Sa’s first full season at the Ikamva club after taking over duties mid-way through the 2013/14 season.

Scott's impressive performances in 2014/15 have been rewarded after he scooped Player of the Season as well as Player’s Player of the Season.

The 27-year-old helped lead the Urban Warriors to a fifth-place finish in the Premiership this term, earning the Mother City outfit a place in the 2015 MTN8.

The Urban Warriors also have a chance to lift silverware this season when they take on Mamelodi Sundowns on Saturday, May 16 in the Nedbank Cup final in Port Elizabeth.

Meanwhile, Rivaldo Coetzee was unsurprisingly named Young Player of the Season, while Tashreeq Morris' nine goals in the league earned him the club's Golden Boot award.

2014/15 Ajax Cape Town awards:

Golden Boot Award – Tashreeq Morris

Young Player of the Season – Rivaldo Coetzee

Player’s Player of the Season – Granwald Scott

Player of the Season – Granwald Scott
