The 28-year-old has been impressive for Bucs since he joined the team in May and cannot contain his excitement on playing his first competitive match at Loftus Stadium against Sundowns.

“I never played in Loftus,” said Sarr.

“This will be my first match there; the times I was supposed to play, I had problems either with my work permit, or I was injured - but now I’m fine.”

“I want to play - it is nice to play against Sundowns because it’s a big match.”

“We must win the match but let us wait when the coach says who is travelling for this game,” said the hardworking midfielder.

WRAP: PSL

The Senegalese international has so far made five appearances for the Buccaneers since he joined the Soweto side from Platinum Stars.

Kick-off is scheduled for 19:30 on Wednesday, August 27.
