Rakhale thankful to Tinkler

Cape Town - Exciting Orlando Pirates wizard Thabo Rakhale has praised coach Eric Tinkler for giving him the confidence to be himself on the field of play.

Rakhale, who had his breakthrough last season under Tinkler, praised the Buccaneers tacticians influence on his game.

Last week the skilful dribbler grabbed the winning goal in the 1-0 CAF Confederations Cup victory over CS Sfaxien away from home in Tunisia. 

"I am happy to play the way I am playing because the coach encourages me on my game," Rakhale told Soccer Laduma.

"He gave me the chance to play and he always tells me how to play for the team and keep the supporters happy as well. 

"I am enjoying my game and I am growing as a player and I will continue working hard."
