The Chilli Boys have proved one of the stand-out teams in the league this season, with four wins and two draws in their last six outings leaving them second in the standings.
But the Port Elizabeth outfit still sit 11 points adrift of leaders Kaizer Chiefs, although a place in the runners-up position has still left them full of confidence.
Celtic, meanwhile, have struggled to find consistency and currently occupy 10th spot on the Premiership standings, just five points clear of the relegation zone but only one point behind the top eight.
Phunya Sele Sele are, however, undefeated in their last three league outings, winning two and drawing one, although Ernst Middendorp's men will know they need something special to derail Chippa.
On the team front, the hosts have no suspension concerns to deal with, although Bevan Fransman, Bulelani Alfred Ndengane, Keegan Ritchie and Musa Bilankulu are each just one yellow away from picking up respective match bans.
Chippa, meanwhile, must do without the suspended Thamsanqa Sangweni, while they too have several players treading the yellow card tightrope, namely James Okwuosa, Mpho Mvelase and William Twala.
Kick-off is at 15:00.
