Maritzburg suffered just their second home defeat this season when they were beaten 2-1 by Mamelodi Sundowns in midweek.
The KwaZulu-Natal team has claimed nine points from seven away matches this season.
Their next three league opponents are Bidvest Wits (home), Chippa United (away) and Free State Stars (home).

In head-to-head stats, Polokwane and Maritzburg have met in three league matches since 2013/14.

Polokwane’s only previous home match against United was a 1-1 draw last season.
When the teams met in Pietermaritzburg earlier this season, the Team of Choice claimed a 2-1 home victory.
