Cape Town - Mamelodi Sundowns coach Pitso Mosimane has refuted reports that he has had a falling out with defender Bryce Moon.
Moon has not been registered with the Premier Soccer League for this season, with Siyanda Zwane and Asavela Mbekile ahead in the pecking order.
That has led to claims Moon is being frozen out after confronting his coach, but Mosimane moved to explain that he had no issue with the full-back, stating that arguments and disagreements are a normal part of the game.
"I don't know who wrote that we had a fight. Maybe he went direct to Bryce Moon so I don't know. I also read that article and I said 'is it only about Bryce Moon?'. Maybe the journalist had an interest or it's Bryce Moon's agent," Mosimane told KickOff.
"No, there has never been a player at Mamelodi Sundowns that has ever had a fight with me.
"The argument will also be there if anybody doesn't respect the team's concept and the team's philosophy on and off the pitch.
"Yes, the coach comes out and makes sure the players respect the emblem and the badge and the culture of the team."
