Pirates saw their unbeaten run curtailed to 12 matches when they lost 2-0 away to Bidvest Wits last week.

The Soweto giants have claimed 24 points from 13 home matches this season.

Their next three league opponents are SuperSport United (home), Maritzburg United and Ajax Cape Town (both away).

The Buccaneers are placed fourth on the Absa Premiership log with 44 points from 26 matches.

University of Pretoria suffered a fourth defeat from their last five league matches when they went down 2-0 to Ajax Cape Town on Friday.

The Tshwane side has claimed 15 points from 13 away matches this season.

Their next three league opponents are Moroka Swallows, AmaZulu (both home) and Mamelodi Sundowns (away).

AmaTuks are placed 10th on the Absa Premiership log with 30 points from 26 matches.

In head-to-head stats, Pirates and Tuks have met in five league matches since 2012/13.

The Buccaneers have two wins compared to one for AmaTuks, while two matches have been drawn.

Pirates have an unbeaten home record against the Pretoria side, with one win and one draw from two matches.

When the teams met earlier this season, they played to a goalless stalemate in Tshwane.

Kick-off is at 20:00 at Orlando Stadium on Friday, April 24.
