Pirates CAF game set for Sunday

Cape Town - Orlando Pirates will play their CAF Confederation Cup group game against CS Sfaxien this coming Sunday, July the 26th.

The game had originally been set to take place on the Saturday and the change of date will be good news for Pirate’s players who have done a lot of travelling lately having just played in Swaziland over the weekend.

The Buccaneers will travel to the city of Sfax in Tunisia during the week as they prepare to play their third group stage game which will be shown live on SABC1.

Pirates currently sit in second place in the group on three points having lost their home game to group leaders Zamalek who are on six.

CS Sfaxien will be desperate to secure a much needed home win as they sit bottom of the group on one point along with AC Leopards.

The top two placed teams in the group will advance to the knockout stage of the competition.
