Pelembe not doing it for Bucs fans

Cape Town - Bloemfontein Celtic striker Helder Pelembe reveals that he has no hidden agenda against Orlando Pirates.

According to KickOff, the forward insists that he has no grudges against the Sea Robbers fans and admits that he is just doing his job at Phunya Sele Sele.

“I’m not trying to play well to prove Orlando Pirates fans wrong because they know I can score," he said.

“You know how football works... not everyone can play and sometimes it becomes difficult for a player that is not playing.

“At Pirates it was never about me, it was about the team. I never got the chance to play and now I’m here and I’m just trying to do my job well.”

Celtic currently find themselves third on the Absa Premiership and look to better that position when they face Golden Arrows at Chatsworth Stadium on Saturday, October 17.

Kick-off is at 15:30.
