Pelembe makes Wits move

Cape Town - Bidvest Wits have confirmed the signing of Mamelodi Sundowns winger Elias Pelembe via their official Twitter account.

Pelembe was reportedly set to join Kaizer Chiefs but the two parties could not agree on his wages.

Sport24 this morning revealed that the 31-year-old was believed to have signed with the Clever Boys and the club have now confirmed the news via Twitter.

“It's official - Elias Pelembe has joined The Clever Boys! #Nakanjani,” the tweet read.

The winger from Mozambique makes the move to Braamfontein after six years at Sundowns.
