agent of Mamelodi Sundowns midfielder Elias Pelembe has rejected claims that
contract talks between the player and the club have broken down.

The 27-year-old Mozambique international has entered the
final six months of his contract, and recent reports have suggested that
negotiations over a new deal have stalled recently.
However, Pelembe's representative, Tim Sukazi, insists
nothing could be further from the truth. He claims talks are still ongoing and
that Pelembe hopes to extend his stay at the Pretoria-based outfit.
When asked about reports which have suggested that his
client's contract negotiations have hit a snag, Sukazi told goal.com: "No.
That's not true (that talks have hit a snag) because the team is not even in
the country right now.
"As far as I know he (Pelembe) is happy at Sundowns and
wants to continue playing for them."
Pelembe has been at Sundowns since 2009 and was previously
on the books of SuperSport United and Desportivo Maputo.
