The Mozambican born forward who has seen very little game time this season, told orlandopiratesfc.com that he is enjoying the competition for places in the team, “but we have to work harder.”
He said: “We have to push really hard as a team; I mean, I have not played a lot this season and of course as a player it is a bit worrying; but the team is doing well, so I am trying very hard to be fit and ready for anything.
“Our next five games are really important; we all have the responsibility to make sure we get full points from all those matches and keep moving up on the log; it won’t be easy but we have to do it for ourselves.
“We want to win these matches, so that my friend Senzo (Meyiwa) becomes very happy there in heaven.”
