Johannesburg - Crystal Palace have revealed to the Siya crew that the English Championship side will not be signing SuperSport United defender and captain, Morgan Gould.
Gould joined the London-based club for a trial just over a week ago in an attempt to impress head coach Dougie Freedman and his technical team, and ultimately secure a contract with a European-based club.
The 28-year-old centre back had made his intentions on wanting to play his football overseas clear, and after Palace had shown an interest in his services, a dream move was on the cards.
The former Jomo Cosmos player played in two friendlies for The Eagles during his trial period in England, against Basingstoke Town FC and League One outfit Wycombe Wanderers, however did not do enough to win over a contract.
