PSL charge Pitso Mosimane

Cape Town - The Premier Soccer League has confirmed that Mamelodi Sundowns coach Pitso Mosimane has been charged for bringing the league into disrepute.

According to the Soccer Laduma website, Mosimane has been charged for the comments he made in a post-match interview, following his side’s 3-0 loss to Orlando Pirates in the league on August 27.

Mosimane will appear before the PSL Disciplinary Committee on Thursday.

Sundowns are currently fifth in the Absa Premiership standings, eight points behind leaders Kaizer Chiefs, and next face Polokwane City at the Peter Mokaba Stadium on Sunday, September 28.

Kick-off is at 15:00.
