Absa Premiership Team of the Week:

1. Anssi Jaakkola (Ajax Cape Town) - The Finland 'keeper was awarded Man of the Match for his several saves to earn the Ikamva club a point against Kaizer Chiefs.

2. Thabo Nthethe (Mamelodi Sundowns) - The defender did not do much but his basics was on point and did enough to help 'Downs secure a 2-0 win over Cosmos.

3. Bevan Fransman (Bloemfontein Celtic) - Consistent so far this season in defence and holds his team of the week spot with yet another clean sheet.

4. Ramahlwe Mphahlele (Mamelodi Sundowns) - The Brazilian captain led his side to only their second clean sheet of the season with stern performance in the heart of defence.

5. Cecil Lolo (Ajax Cape Town) - The left-back has been putting in a tremendous effort in defence as well as attack as his assist allowed Nathan Paulse to secure a point for the Urban Warriors.

6. Reneilwe Letsholonyane (Kaizer Chiefs) - Once again played conductor as he helped orchestrate Amakhosi's midfield alongside Willard Katsande and Siphiwe Tshabalala. His presence in Chiefs midfield is important for them to attack.

7. Mark Mayambela (Chippa United) - Has been putting in a string of good performances for Chippa but all of it finally pays off as the club rang up their second PSL victory.

8. Keagan Dolly (Mamelodi Sundowns) - One goal last season while on loan at Ajax and has already doubled his figures in a single match for 'Downs. Energetic display from the 22-year-old.

9. Robert Ng'ambi (Platinum Stars) - The 29-year-old should have netted a brace at least against SuperSport United but earned himself a spot in the team.

10. Collins Mbesuma (Mpumalanga Black Aces) - What a weekend for the veteran forward. His match statistics says it all. Wonderful football from the Zambian.

11. Helder Pelembe (Bloemfontein Celtic) - His career has since been rejuvenated following his switch from Pirates to Celtic. A brace of goals from the Mozambican in a entertaining 90 minutes against the University of Pretoria.
