Cape Town - The Premier Soccer League together with sponsors Nedbank today announced that the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium in Nelson Mandela Bay Metro (Port Elizabeth) will host the 2014/15 Nedbank Cup final between Ajax Cape Town and Mamelodi Sundowns.

This is the first time the League has chosen the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium to host a domestic cup final since the stadium was completed in 2009. The Nedbank Cup final will be played on Saturday afternoon, 16 May 2015. Kick-off is at 15h00. Ticket information will be announced in due course.

PSL CEO, Brand de Villiers said: “We are pleased to announce the Nelson Mandela Bay Metro as the hosts for the 2014/15 Nedbank Cup final.  In the final we have two clubs that have displayed quality football from day one of this season’s tournament. We would like to congratulate Ajax Cape Town and Mamelodi Sundowns for reaching the final. We would like to thank our sponsors, Nedbank for their cooperation during this edition. Together, we look forward to finishing this journey on 16 May 2015.”
