Cape Town - Kenya international Kevin Omondi has revealed the reasons behind his decision to cut short his stay at Moroka Swallows.
The 24-year-old signed for the Birds during the off-season, but the club's then coach Zeca Marques changed his mind and the player was sent on loan to NFD side FC Cape Town.
The decision to go to a second tier side frustrated the former Gor Mahia forward, and he decided to end his relationship with Swallows, without making an official appearance.
"The move had a lot of complications and I chose to terminate the contract," Omondi told SuperSport. "We reached an agreement and I'm happy with it."
"I'm back home relaxing as I prepare for the next season, I'm ready to listen to offers from within (Kenya) and outside the country," he added.
