Ntshangase has 'a lot of potential'

Cape Town - Roggert Nyundu has great respect for Siphelele Ntshangase on and off the field and strives to see him flourish in his football career.

“When I joined Leopards after the first session I knew I was in the right team.

“I saw somebody (Ntshangase) that I would build a good combination with, he understands football, he knows when to create, he knows when to dribble.

A good combination in soccer makes a great team and the two stars have managed to portray that. They know what they want to achieve and know each other's strengths.

“Even off the field, he is my brother now.

“I believe that he has a lot of potential, I wish that he can go to a club like SuperSport or Wits,'' Nyundu told Sport24.

“I am not saying that he will sit on the bench at Pirates or Sundowns, but everyone knows that when you go to a big team there are a lot of good players, but where are they today?"

A player wants a great team, a team he can grow his career and where he will be guaranteed game time where he is able to prove himself to not only his team and coaches but to the supporters, however, Nyundu suggests that his former strike partner may stay on at Leopards.

“He said to me that he is going back to Leopards,'' as he concluded.
