No approach for Ndulula

Cape Town - AmaZulu coach Steve Barker has confirmed that no team showed interest in Bongani Ndulula during the transfer window.

According to AfricanFootball.com, Barker reveals that the media has brewed the speculation of the striker leaving the club.

"We don't know of any interest, it was only media speculation. If there was interest people would've approached us, but unfortunately no one has officially approached us for the player," said Barker.

"Look I'm glad he is here, obviously there was media speculation, so I'm glad he is back. He is a quality footballer hence his inclusion in the Bafana Bafana team and also having [Bongi] Ntuli on-loan from Sundowns I think will give us a striking force that is capable of doing damage in this league.

"I am happy he [Ndulula] is back and hopefully he can add value to the team as he has already."

It has been reported that ‘Drogba’ would join Kaizer Chiefs and with Kingston Nkhatha’s departure speculation only increased.

However, Chiefs then went on to sign David Zulu from Chippa United.
