Cape Town - Thabiso Nkoana says he is settling down well with his new team after joining the University of Pretoria from SuperSport United in the off-season.
The 22-year-old striker spent last season on loan at Ajax Cape Town and revealed that there are similarities between the Cape Town team and his new club.
“I moved to Tuks two-three weeks back. It was a swap deal,” Nkoana told Sport24.
“I’m coping well and getting to know the culture of the team.
“I think both teams are the same, according to my understanding of football."
Nkoana's integration into the squad has been aided by the fact they he has played some football with his new AmaTuks team-mates.
“I have known some of the guys from a young age and we used to play together.
“My goals for the season are to work very hard and give my all to the Tuks team, focus on the team more than anything else.” said Nkoana.
Nkoana began his professional career at SuperSport United before spending the 2014/15 season with the Urban Warriors.
The young striker scored 5 goals in 21 appearances in the league for Ajax Cape Town.
