Cape Town - Kaizer Chiefs striker Kingston Nkhatha has dedicated his man of the match award on Tuesday to his team-mates following the 2-1 win over Free State Stars.

The Amakhosi train shows no signs of slowing down after making it 17 PSL matches without defeat this term as Nkhatha and Siyabonga Nkosi did the business for Chiefs to ensure Erick Mathoho's late own-goal proved only a blip on the radar.

And, speaking after this week's Peter Mokaba Stadium encounter, Zimbabwe international Nkhatha said: "It was a team effort. We are always encouraging each other to keep pushing no matter what anyone says.

"This [award] belongs to everyone at Chiefs.

"At training we keep pushing each other. It's not just about me, it's about everyone that plays for Chiefs."
