Nene keen to impress at Chippa

Cape Town - Jabulani Nene is training with Chippa United ahead of the new season and hopes to be offered a permanent role at the club.

Despite being the busiest team in the transfer window, Kosta Papic is giving Jabulani Nene a chance to force his way into Chippa United's plans for the 2014/15 PSL season.

According to KickOff.com, the former Golden Arrrows man is training with the Chilli Boys with a view to joining the newly promoted PSL side for their 2014/15 campaign.

Nene was one of several players realeased by Arrows following their relegation from the PSL.

Nene made 22 appearances for Arrows last season and scored just one goal from the midfield.
