Ncikazi says Sono is an esteemed coach

Cape Town - Maritzburg United head coach Mandla Ncikazi says he is looking forward to playing against Jomo Cosmos on Monday, August 10.
 
Ncikazi told Sport24 it’s a different ball game because they will be now playing in the Absa Premiership and he knows Jomo Sono is a much esteemed coach.
 
“I am looking forward to the match on Monday against Cosmos,” Ncikazi told Sport24.
 
“Different ball game because we will now be playing in the league.” 
 
The United mentor said he will be going for a win and has a few surprises for Sono and will make sure the team plays to the best of their abilities.

“You know Jomo Sono is a much esteemed coach and he obviously was watching. I have a few surprises for him with my team.”
 
“We are going for a win and if it doesn’t happen it means it wasn’t meant to be but we are going for a win.”
 
Maritzburg will play Jomo Cosmos at the Harry Gwala Stadium on Monday at 17:00.
